If you feel you meet the qualifications as outlined at westwardpm.com, we encourage you to submit an application.
Fair Housing
Westward Property Mgmt, LLP adheres strictly to all requirements of the Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate against any applicant for any reasons of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, marital status, or physical or mental disability.
Applicant
- Each person 18 years of age or older must completely fill out and sign an application.
- Applications must be accompanied by an application fee to be considered.
Application Fee
- There will be a $30.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant.
- You may pay the application fee by credit or debit card.

Portable Tenant Screening Report
- A prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and
- If a prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or
- Charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
Note: The report can’t be any older than 30 days and must provide the same information normally included in our background reports. i.e. criminal, credit, eviction history etc.
Credit Criteria
- Westward Property Mgmt, LLP will obtain a credit report.
Criminal
- Westward Property Management may obtain a criminal report.
Pets
- The following dog breeds are not approved for any of our rental properties: Rotweillers, Dobermans or any dog known as "pit bull" (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, American Pit-bull Terrier, etc). No exceptions.
Approval Conditions
Westward Property Mgmt, LLP will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the subject property until the following has occurred:
- Applicant(s) meets all published qualifications.
- Applicant(s) viewed in person the available unit prior to applying.
- Application fee(s) paid.
- Applicant(s) have provided a copy of their government issued photo ID.
- Applicant(s) understand unit may not be held for a future move-in date.
- Applicant(s) have paid required move-in cost and signed rental agreement.
