Please read the following policies.  If you feel you meet the guidelines for qualifying, we encourage you to submit an application.

Stone Property Management LLC will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the subject property until the following has been provided:

Stone Property Management does not make the decision to approve or deny applications. A third party company processes applications and makes the final decision from the following factors; background, credit, residential history and income. Please allow up to 10 business days for this process to be completed. If denied, applicant will receive letter of reason and if approved, applicant will be notified. Upon approval, applicant must pay the security deposit by 4pm the following business day. If applicant has an approved pet(s), the pet deposit is due by the security deposit deadline. Approved Failure to sign a lease and move-in will result in applicant’s forfeiture of deposit. Applicants receive 15-day window from approval to sign lease. Applicant must make all payments and sign lease prior to move-in and have all required utilities transferred into his/her name the same day the lease is signed.
