Rental Policies and Procedures

D&W Properties welcomes all tenants in all our properties! We welcome self-pay tenants as well as all voucher and subsidy tenants. We strive to work with all situations the best that we can when approving prospective tenants, we do not base approval decisions on credit only. Simply put, we think outside of the box! Please read our policies and procedures to get a feel for what we do here at D&W properties to get you approved as our next tenant! We are only an email or phone call away if you have any questions or concerns.

Fair Housing

Dunne Wright Services LLC adheres strictly to all requirements of the Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate against any applicant for any reasons of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, marital status, or physical or mental disability.

Property Showing Policy

If you would like to arrange a showing of one of our many units, for safety and security we do require that you completely fill out our free online application located on this website. Please make sure to fill out the application accurately and completely. Once you have filled out our application, it will be automatically emailed to us. We will then contact you that same day or early the next business day to schedule a showing for a time that works for you. Once you have viewed a property that you like and would like to move forward, we would then require a $25.00 application fee to process your application. If you have any issues or need help in any way, please do not hesitate to email us at info@GotRent.net or call our office at 410-760-RENT (7368).
