Brottier Hall leases are for 11 months (August - July). St. Martin Hall leases are for 9 months (August - May). Brottier Hall has options for groups of 4, 3, and 2 as well as a single resident to live in. St. Martin Hall has options for 2 or 1 resident to live together. When submitting your response, be sure to think about how long you are interested in leasing and how many are in your group to live with.

Applicant understands that to secure use of a bed within an unit, they must complete all Lease Agreement paperwork and pay all fees. Applicant understands that if, at any time, there are vacant bed space in the applicant's assigned apartment, Capstone On Campus Management (COCM), as Agent for HSRE-RPG Brottier, reserves the right to assign roommates without prior notice and/or relocate the applicant to another unit.
Applicant understands and agrees that a reservation fee in the amount of $300.00 is required to reserve a space in Brottier and St. Martin Halls, and failure or refusal to provide this fee may result in the cancellation of this application and any resultant Housing Lease Agreement. The reservation fee is to be paid to the Duquesne University Cashier's Office. Applicant agrees that the reservation fee will be applied to their rent, as defined in their Housing Lease Agreement. Submission of an application does not constitute a guarantee of a housing assignment in Brottier and St. Martin Halls.
Applicant represents that all of the above information is true and complete and authorizes the verification of same by reasonable means. Any misrepresentation or omission may be cause for the rejection of this application and/or the termination of the Lease Agreement. Applicant further authorizes free exchange of information between Duquesne University and COCM, including but not limited to the applicant's student status, academic records, judicial records, and financial records.
Applicant understands that a financially-responsible Guarantor (over the age of 21) is mandatory for the completion of the Lease Agreement process, and failure or refusal to provide a Guarantor may result in the cancellation of this application and any resultant Lease Agreement.
