We are excited about your interest in joining the Davenhill Senior Living community. Whether you are interested in permanent, respite or a rehab stay we look forward to meeting you.

If you are interested in a permanent stay we have a two-step application process to ensure that we are able to adequately care for your needs. In the initial step we request you to complete the Permanent Residency Application Form. Once you have passed through the initial application process we will provide you with a detailed medical assessment form which your family physician will be required to complete. This assessment will be reviewed by our Health Services team to determine your suitability to our community.

If you are interested in a respite or rehab we request you complete the Short Stay Residency Application Form.

Please be aware before proceeding further that Davenhill Senior Living is a registered retirement home and not a hospital or long-term care facility within the meaning of the laws of Ontario. Though we do have medical staff on duty 24 hours per day 7 days per week, our ability to address complex care needs is limited.
