Fair Housing
Curry Management Corporation adheres strictly to all requirements of the Fair Housing Laws. We do not discriminate against any applicant for any reasons of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, marital status, or physical or mental disability.
Applicant
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete application and sign. Application must be legible and all information completed.
- Must submit required documentation:
- Valid photo identification (driver's license, state i.d.)
- One full month's proof of income - dated within the last 30 days (Pay stubs, letter from employer on company letterhead, or most recent tax return)
Required documentation can be emailed to curry@curryrentals.com or faxed to (478) 275-4114. Please print and include Document Checklist when submitting documentation.
Application & Processing Fee
Option A: Online
- Submit online application.
- Pay required $35.00 application fee via credit card or bank draft - click on PAY APPLICATION FEE located in the Application Portal.
Note: A processing fee of 3.15% will apply to all online credit card payments. There are no service fees on payments made with bank drafts.
- Applications submitted online will be held for 48 hours pending receipt of documentation noted above.
Option B: In person
- Bring completed application form, required documentation (listed under Applicant) and $35.00 application fee in person to the Curry Management Corporation office located at: 1825 Veterans Boulevard
Dublin, GA 31021
The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if your application is not approved.
Credit Criteria
- Curry Management Corporation will obtain a credit and background report as part of the application process. Credit report must be in good standing.
- Applicant-supplied reports will not be accepted.
- No unlawful detainers (eviction actions) within the last 5 years will be accepted.
- No unsatisfied judgments or liens will be accepted.
- No bankruptcy filings within the last five years will be accepted. Bankruptcies must be discharged.
Income Criteria
- Self-employed applicants should provide most recent tax return.
- Applicants must provide one full month's proof of income - dated within the last 30 days (Pay stubs, letter from employer on company letterhead).
- Unverifiable income will NOT be considered.
Pets
- If pets are allowed a non-refundable $200.00 per pet fee is required for each pet. There is a 20 pound weight limit and we reserve the right to refuse certain breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweiler's and other animals deemed aggressive and at the sole discretion of management.
Approval and Move-In Conditions
Curry Management Corporation will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the subject property until an application has been approved.
PLEASE NOTE: AN APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND THE APPLICATION FEE ARE RECEIVED. THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
WE MUST BE IN RECEIPT OF ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PAYMENT AND INITIAL SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION OR YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE FORFEITED.
