Rental Policies and Procedures
Please read the following policies. If you feel you meet the guidelines for qualifying, we encourage you to submit an application.
Applicant
- Each person who intends to sign the lease must apply.
Application Fees
- There will be a $35.00 application fee for each applicant. Without this fee, your application is considered incomplete and will not be processed.
- You may also pay the application fee by check, money order or cashier's check.

- These fees are NON REFUNDABLE, even if you are not accepted.
Credit Criteria
- Integrity Property Management (SC) will obtain a credit report.
Income Criteria
- Self-employed applicants must provide most recent tax return and three month's bank statements.
- Proof of earnings from social security, child support, alimony or spousal support must be documented.
- Unverifiable income will NOT be considered.
Insurance
- For your benefit, you must maintain personal liability insurance during the entire term of your rental agreement. This is typically accomplished with a renters insurance policy, which can be written to provide liability and personal property protection. Speak with your insurance agent for more details.
- Integrity Property Management, LLC must be named as an additional insured. A copy of the declarations page must be provided to Integrity prior to taking possession of the property.
Approval and Move-In Conditions
Integrity Property Management (SC) will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the subject property until the following has been provided:
- Application(s) have been paid for, completely verified and approved.
- All Applicants have provided one form of government issued Photo I.D .
- Security Deposit has been received.
- A rental agreement has been signed.
